Alfred F. Andreu, P.A., engages and specialize in the practice of complex and traditional real estate litigation and transactions.  The firm represents local, national and foreign individuals and businesses.  In addition, the firm represents clients in Central and South America, Canada, the Caribbean, and Western Europe.  Alfred F. Andreu, P.A. has practiced in the State and Federal Courts since 2006.  Alfred F. Andreu, P.A. has vast experience in financing, development, acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real property.  By way of his representation of several financial institutions he executes all legal function associated with real estate lending transactions.  He is a Member of the Dade County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Cuban American Bar Association.  He is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company/Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, WFG National Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title.

We view our work as an important element of our clients’ business.  Thus, we are keenly aware of the business importance of each matter referred to the firm.  It is our policy to keep the client informed as each matter progresses, enabling the client to be actively involved with the work and to participate in decisions on matters handled on their behalf.

The key to our effectiveness lies in our experience. In the financing field our firm has handled financial transactions for buyers, borrowers, owners, developers, and turn key projects.  Financing has ranged from residential and commercial closings to sophisticated bond issues and public offerings.  We have worked with banks, insurance companies, underwriters and various other financial institutions.  The firm has handled numerous construction loans working closely with the lender and the borrower to assist in the progression of the loan.
